I am Pedram Madani. I ship AI in regulated industries — mental health at Levana, social services at Foreveryone, legal compliance at Legalithm. I also publish research in software engineering and AI at OVGU Magdeburg.

This is where I write about what I see from the operator chair: what AI actually does in production, where pilots die, why most adoption gaps are management — not technology — and what your AI vendor is not telling you.

I will not post daily updates or chronicle what I built today. Every post will advance one of three threads:

  1. What actually ships — the gap between AI demos and AI in production
  2. Why AI adoption fails inside companies — and it is almost never the technology
  3. Honest reads on the current AI cycle — what is real, what is trendslop
